Children’s Day with Aster – Family Picnic organised by JET Agency

On the occasion of the Children’s Day, JET Agency organised Family Picnic in Warsaw Zoo for its client - Aster cable operator.Family picnic took a place in Warsaw Zoo, on the 3rd of June. Visitors were encouraged to all activities by hostesses informing about attractions at the garden entrance.

In the Zoo, all children could participate in different contests and activities led by animators and hostesses. Participants had a chance to win many souvenirs, which make a day in the Zoo even better.All children could play in the inflated castle and have their own photo on a t-shirt.

JET Agency started cooperation with Varta Baterie Sp. z o.o.
Within the cooperation, JET Agency will provide product presenters operating in markets such Media Markt and Saturn.

Main task of promoters is an active promotion of Varta products and customer education. Promoters are also responsible for merchandising and service of POS materials in the shops.

JET Agency is responsible for recruitment, promoters’ substantial education and running and supervising of all activities in particular shops.

Strengthening the field marketing department in JET Agency.
Due to the intensive development of the Agency, JET strengthens the field marketing department. Rafał Wichiciel joined the team as Field Force Manager
.

He graduated from School Of Commerce And Law (Wyższa Szkoła Handlu i Prawa), and gained his professional experience working in SG Marketing Services.

In JET Agency he is responsible for managing of field marketing structures. Team was also joined by Kinga Zarzycka, Marta Włodarczyk and Konrad Socha. They are responsible for realisation of field marketing activities.

JET Agency started cooperation with Carrefour Polska providing promotional support of loyalty programme „Rodzinka” (“Family”).

Within joined activities, promotional personnel of JET Agency operates in selected Carrefour markets informing customers about advantages of “Rodzinka” and collecting applications for loyalty programme.

Promotional activities were organised mainly in Carrefour Express supermarkets.

JET Agency started cooperation with Hortex Holding S.A.
Within this cooperation JET Agency will provide merchandising service in selected retail points.

Merchandising activities covered key points in a traditional channel of sales in Łódź region. Each member of JET takes care of several shops, organising activities of dedicated merchandising.

Merchandising activities started in March 2007.

„Great fun for children, especially the moment when the sweets blow” – sales animations for new sweets - „Żujki” from Storck Polska

Due to the launch of new sweets „Żujki”, JET Agency organised animation activities in 312 retail points across Poland. Activities took a place in chains such as: Real, Tesco, Leclerc, Selgros, Makro and also in selected points of traditional sales channel.Animations were operated by hostesses, whose main task (except information activities) was active marketing of Storck products.During these activities, more than 53.000 packs of “Żujki” sweets were sold.

Jet was responsible for preparing (recruitment, projects and production of outfits for hostesses), and also coordination of all activities.

JET Agency started cooperation with Tchibo Warszawa Sp. z o.o.
Within established cooperation JET Agency will provide professional promoters operating in selected shops.   

Sampling and sales activities take a place in selected chains of hypermarkets in Poland. Role of the JET Agency was a complex service of the campaign including: providing promotional personnel, preparing and organising training for promoters.

Promotional activities started in March 2007.

JET Agency promotes Spanish frutti di mare.

The project executed by JET Agency for Marketing & Communications Consultants, was organised by The Fund for Organising of the Market of Fishing and Aquaculture Products FROM in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing of Spain and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in Poland.

The aim of the campaign was to develop among the consumers the awaraness on the health and nutrition issues related to Spanish fishing products and frutti di mare as well as to support cooperation between Polish and Spanish enterpreuners.

During the project, a number of promotional events was organised that were directed to the consumers as well as meetings for enterpreuners. JET Agency was responsible for executing promotional activities held in chosen shopping malls and supermarkets.

The task for JET Agency was also to service events organised for the representatives of the Kingdom of Spain authorities, representatives of the Polish business, public administration and media.

April 2007
JET Agency won an annual tender for the service contract of SigmaKalon Deco Polska.

Sigma Kalon Deco Polska decided a tender for merchandising services in the modern channel of sales. In the result of closing tender procedures, annual budget for merchandising activities was transferred to JET Agency. Merchandising activities covered 113 DIY markets.

Winning the tender results in another year of cooperation between JET Agency and Sigma Kalon Deco Polska.
Merchandising activities started in April of 2007.

Women’s (Good) Day with Knoppers wafer

On the 7th and 8th of March 2007, JET Agency on the order of Storck Polska prepared and organised sampling activities.

116 two- or three person promotional teams took a part in sampling activities at the door of Warsaw, Cracow, Poznań, Wrocław, Tricity, Łódź, Szczecin and Silesian agglomeration offices. More than 55.000 samples were distributed.

JET Agency was responsible for preparation and coordination of activities in all locations.
„My friend phoned and told me to hurry up for a nice and sweet surprise waiting for me downstairs” – say no more.

New person in JET Agency

Due to its intensive development, JET agency has decided to strengthen its production department. Katarzyna Wiecha joined the team uptaking the post of Production Specialist.

She gained experience in Sales Team and SG Marketing Services. She is currently studying at High School of Economics in Warsaw.

In JET Agency she will be responsible for cooperation and coordination of subcontractors duties working for the customers of the Agency.

„Zmień dietę na dobre” – lottery for WASA Barilla Poland Sp. z o.o. 


JET Agency organizes consumer promotion of WASA bread – „Zmień dietę na dobre”.
Our aim is to build a long-term relationship with consumers through educational activities and promotional sales of Wasa Bread. During six months of lottery, consumers take part in periodic (daily, weekly, monthly and mainly) drawings, in which they win thousands of prizes. JET Agency is responsible for complex lottery service in scope of legal supervision, organization, logistics and prizes purchase. Lottery will end in October 2006.

B/S/H and JET Agency – another year of cooperation. 

2006 is another year of cooperation between B/S/H and JET Agency in BTL servicing.
Agency provides promoting teams in 19 bigest Polish cities. Their main task is to promote and organize sales animations for large Bosh i Siemens home appliances product range.
They also monitor competition actions, and take care of proper exposition of B/S/H products.

Excellent knowledge on the promoted products constitutes one of the main factors of the activities’ success – the promotors for the Customers of Media Markt network are experts in Home Appliance equipment issues – many of them have their own Customers making their purchases only in the promotor’s presence.

JET Agency started cooperation with Nestle Waters Polska. 



The beginning of June marks the cooperation of JET Agency with Nestle Waters Polska. JET developed selling–merchandising structure, in following voivodships: Kujawsko–Pomorskie, Pomorskie, Warmińsko–Mazurskie, Mazowieckie, Podlaskie, Lubelskie, Łódzkie, Świętokrzyskie i Podlaskie.
26 Sales Advisors are going to visit almost 5000 retail outlets introducing and enforcing merchandising standards. Introducing visualizations to outlets will broaden distribution of products of which Nestle is the exclusive distributor in Poland. Another Advisors’ task is to build relationships between outlets and distributors and quick reaction to outlets’ needs. 

Sales Advisors’ activities were preceded by an audit surveying current outlets’ situation.

JET Agency started brand image development and sales activities on Baltic beaches for Axel Springer. 

The activities take place in seaside resorts: Mielno, Dąbki, Darłówko, Jarosławiec, Ustka, Rowy and Łeba and last from July 3 to August 19 2006. Hostesses execute active sales of „Fakt Gazeta Codzienna”, „Dziennik Polska Europa Świat” journals, „Newsweek”, „Pani Domu” weekly and „Oliwia”, „Dziewczyna’ and „Popcorn” monthly on beaches and most frequently visited places. 
JET Agency is responsible for preparing logistics and operations.
Selling Axel Springer newspapers is another activity for this publishing house executed by JET Agency. During several years of cooperation, the Agency executed street distribution of „Fakt Gazeta Codzienna” journal as well as auditing outlets selling Axel Springer newspapers.

New Project Manager in JET Agency 

Due to its intensive development JET Agency has decided to strengthen its BTL Department. Magda Chudzik-Zielińska joined the staff taking the post of Project Manager.
She gathered professional experience during seven years in Dem’a Promotion Polska. She coordinated sales activities for such Clients as: Bols, Tele 2, Siemens, Elite Cafe, Alima Gerber, Unilever, Jutrzenka. Later on, she moved to Polymus Agency, where she worked for Unilever, Sony and Kraft Foods Polska companies as a Project Manager.

New Business & Marketing Director 

Olga Bieńkowska-Gaweł was employed as Business & Marketing Director, simultaneously taking Vice President of the Board position. 

Inner structure evolution and Olga’s comeback after several years of absence is caused by dynamic company growth and constant development of Clients’ expectations. Olga will be inuring strategic projects, strengthening bonds with Agency Clients, supervising bidding activity of agency and engage in corporate PR.
She started her career in 1996 in BBDO advertising agency as a director assistant in film production branch. Later, she worked for several years in JET Agency as Account Manager, and for the following two years as an Account Director. In 2003, she started cooperation with Polymus Agency, working as Field Marketing Director. 
She graduated Political Science Institute At Warsaw University and post-graduate studies in the field of marketing and business administration at University of Management and Marketing in Warsaw.
